David Milligan was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. His passion for fitness began in high school under the guidance of his strength and conditioning coach. This passion carried him into college where he studied exercise science at Rowan University and began his personal training career at the age of 19. While helping others improve themselves David began to dive into the world of bodybuilding, competing for the first time in the Men’s Physique division in 2013. After his first show, David became obsessed with wanting to further his knowledge of bodybuilding and training, he read and watched wherever he could. He continued his passion by reaching out and learning from many notable coaches and mentors in the industry. By December 2014, David decided to fully invest in helping others and put his knowledge to use and started NonStop Fitness & Training LLC. Since then, David has owned three gyms, helping thousands of people over the years reach their personal fitness goals. He’s grown his training staff and gym membership recently expanding into a 16,000 sq ft. space, his largest location to date! David’s true passion is helping others improve themselves and reach their fullest potential, whether that be through lifestyle training, a transformation journey, or a bodybuilding prep, he caters to all styles. David’s latest success is the growth of his bodybuilding team, “Team NonStop” consisting of over 80 athletes from all across the country. Since 2021, David has received four “Best Coach” awards including OCB’s 2022’s “Coach of the Year” award. Additionally, his team has been recognized for their sportsmanship and camaraderie and received a “Team Award”. As his coaching business continues to expand David preaches the importance of “leading by example” and is working towards an IFBB Pro Men’s Physique card.
